Maggie Schmitzer

Biography

Maggie is a sophomore majoring in Psychology with minors in Marketing and Foundations of Business. She joined the CARE Lab because of her interest in developmental psychology and her passion for understanding and supporting resilience in children. She is especially interested in how protective factors and community environments can help young people overcome adversity and thrive. In the future, Maggie hopes to pursue a purposeful career that serves and uplifts others. Outside of the lab, she enjoys running, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
